Corporate document service

Received the same information as others, Coporate Document Service. Mine was from 996 Maine Ave SW PMB 335, Washington, DC 20024-3440. Oddly, the amount was $148.67. Called the number on the correspondence, and the return was, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, your call cannot be completed as dialed."
Also, official letter head was not used.
No government agency listed.
Incorporation date was 2025, we didn't file to become incorporated.
Requested to confirm my address, but no place to do that.
Not signed by anyone.

These scammed sent document requesting my LLC pay a Corporate Annual Minutes fee. The address was 6925 Oakland Mills Rd, Columbia MD 21045 (no such businesses at this locations) Phone number on document was 888-411-7921 this number is to a business in South Dakota.

I received the same latter with requesting $148.67. When I call the # it just play music for hrs. When I look at the address they put 6925 Oakland Mills Rd, Columbia MD 21045 its The UPS Store in Columbia.
I also received from "Certificate of Good Standing Request Form" also called MD Certificate Service from 211 East Lombard St Ste 309 Baltimore MD which also turn out to be scam.
