Sent a letter via USPS from 888-304-1358 saying I needed to call & verify information to ensure my new car's warranty would stay active and if I didn't call to verify I could lose the warranty and have to go out of pocket for repairs. The person I spoke to also started to attack me on a personal level saying I needed medial help & I was crazy because I was demanding information on how they got my info & to speak to a supervisor.
