I was trying to contact Amazon Customer Service about getting locked out of my account. The Google search results hallucinated and sent me to THIS number instead. They got my name, phone number (both previous and current), address, and name of bank. I hung up when they asked for the routing number. I've already retrieved my Amazon account with a customer service agent and locked it down. I also took additional precautions financially and filed a report with Amazon so everyone is on watch. These scammers are still in operation, so beware Google search result hallucinations.
