The scammer represented itself on the internet as a customer service for Southwest Air and said my ticket was for a waitlisted seat until I paid the taxes due to receive a confirmed seat. I didn't agree. I ended the call. I found a valid number for customer service for Southwest Air on the internet and called that. This was an imposter and I wanted to report it.
