I received a letter from 877-337-0709 Home Warranty Services with no return address, no company name, no website, only a phone number 1-877-337-0709, Form Number 9550-WARR, Property Code **********. The letter states "Official Business" mimicking government wording and "Penalty for Private Use $300." It's in reference to an "urgent matter regarding my property" claiming that it is a "final notice" "immediate response required" about a home warranty. It also claims "secured by conventional home lender - please call to verify." I don't have a mortgage or a home warranty, so I know this is a scam. I'm reporting it because that type of language could intimate someone who may believe it's legitimate and fall for the ruse.
