We didn’t call the number so we do not know any other information. Coincidentally, I also received a separate letter with a different phone number that I did call regarding my vehicle warranty wasn’t activated. They tried to get me to pay $200 with my debit card. I reported that one separately. Their phone number was 888-926-0878

I received multiple postcards in the mail that told me I had a final notice to update my car’s ‘factory warranty’ so I called the number. I spoke with a man named Dylan who requested debit card information for an installment fee so I used my debit card, I was told this card would be used to pay an amount of $198 per month to pay for the warranty in 18 payments so I called the company, Nationwide Assistance, and the same exact representative answered and rudely argued with me for 18 minutes before he supposedly canceled the monthly payments.
