Cheers to you good fortunion CONGRATULATIONS!!" Signed from "Laarni Bibal".

This is obviously a scam - multiple typos and a pie-in-the-sky offer of a ridiculous sum of money, through an anonymous text with a Kentucky area code, asserting the sender lives in San Diego CA. I hope that this report helps other people keep themselves safe from predatory behavior.
