AWFUL COMPANY! Essence and Honey is a SCAM ordered glasses in September NEVER received product and have been communicating by email with I think them . Today I see they have been charging me a 29.99 membership fee since October. I never would have agreed to this Called to cancel and you can’t understand them. Finally got it cancelled and I guess it’s a total loss NO glasses and I learned a lesson to pay closer attention to our statements

When you buy their fake product, they then charge you a monthly fee of 29.99 every month even though I received a credit after I called them and said their products are not what they are advertising. First they offered a 50% refund and I told them I would issue a chargeback,. They then said they would refund my $23.95. But they still charge my card every month for the so called subscription to there company. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THESE SCAMMERS
