An ad on Facebook starring Elon Musk was selling meds to help with nephrology. You purchase 2 bottles for $29.00 and once you place your order they say you get 5 bottles total plus shipping and handling for a total of $198.70.

Once you receive the package, the label says if you take medication for your health conditions, talk to your physician before taking med.

When you try to return it because your physician says not to take it, they tell you that if you return it will cost too much with shipping and restocking fee. Also, the package would not be returned within a 30-day timeframe, even if you send the package 1 day after receiving it.
