Possible Scam.

Had my husbands name but called on my cell (which is a newer number). Not sure why, I am not listed on any of his accounts. They left a message just saying to call them and they had to serve papers. Guess I will see if they do. My husbands bills are his issues. They used a local number to call 207-607-5502 but left 844-586-0375.

Funny because it said it is making final attempt to serve. Umm, never had one before. Said will full evasion of service. uh, ok. Try again. Good luck collecting anything as my husband is disabled.

A female left a voicemail on my phone stating that the message for my father and that they had made several attempts to serve him referencing a specific case number. They stated that someone over the age of 18 must be home at the time to except service. The message stated that failure to contact 844-586-0375 for service processing would be in violation of code 181601 - willful evasion. I'm not sure how they even obtained my number for my Dad.

He tried to tell me that there is a civil lawsuit against me for an outstanding credit card account (supposedly opened in 2001 until 2008). Nope! Not me so stop trying to call and harass me! And the worst of it is that he tried to call MY DAUGHTER and harassed her first. How the HELL did they get my daughter’s phone number and mine???? God damned scammers TRIED to hate but failed. Someone please stop them!

Someone name Alina called from Process Dispatch Service saying I’m serve by a court order and my sister picked up the phone. She asked her if I will be home to be served by a dispatch in 30 minutes. She asked what was the court order about and Alina kept saying it’s confidential and only the person who are being served will get the information. She told my sister to tell me to contact her in 30 minutes otherwise it will be recorded on the court documents that I was not accepting the documents. My sister asked her what address was being served and Alina was able to give our address on the phone. My sister asked her for a return phone number and she gave us 844-586-0375.
