said following conversation would be recorded for verification and it said you must be over 18 to receive so please state your birthday, which I very foolish did. After hanging up I had reservations about this call. I called my banker at ***** Bank and he said this number was not a ***** Bank number and he would put out an alert. Called the number on the back of the card and she said it was a scam and to cut up card. I took letter the letter to ***** Bank thinking they would want to make a copy, but they did not. My question to them is how a scammer could put this letter in a credit card mailed by ***** bank. This has really upset me. Now I am fearful they will do something else. Not confident ***** is doing anything about this.
