A lady from Pro Care Medical called (689-588-2299) our office 9/10/2024 asking to speak with *****. ***** is no longer working for us, but she used to be in charge of our ordering. We transferred her call to ******, she mentioned that she needed to talk to her about an order. We did not place an order from them, and they were saying it was for medium sized gloves. She mentioned that she was going to send samples, and candy. We asked for her to please email us, as we did not need an order.

Jason from Pro Care Medical called 9/11/2024 (689-407-4467) and asked to speak with ****** regarding the order she placed the day prior. We told him that we did not place this order, and that it needed to be cancelled immediately. He said that he had a recording from ****** that she did confirm order. We denied this, as she did not agree for an order to be placed. He said that he would have to contact someone to cancel the order, as he does not handle this.
