Scammer constantly sends text messages. He refers to me by my daughters name and is trying to make a deal with her regarding the sale of her property, but he contacts me.

He says his name is Jack with LHB offering a cash range of $292800 - $390400 for her property. When there is no reply, he sends another text saying he needs to ask a question.
