I was called and he introduced himself being from Medicaid, heavy Indian accent. He wanted to know if I had part A and B. Knowing it was a scam I played along to waste his time for as long as possible to protect others. I said yes, he then asked if I received my new cards and that he was offering “extra benefits “ like free rides to the Dr appts and complete reimbursement of all charges. I sounded excited, again knowing it was a scam.

He then asked for my name, I made one up, address, made that up too. He wanted my birthdate, SS number, and where I worked. I made it all up. He then asked for my Medicaid card number. I made that up, he then figured out I was trolling him. Probably because of the Medicaid number, I have no idea the length of those so I gave him some random numbers. He just hung up.

Then the same day, different people, same number, called three additional times.

These scammers have no soul, absolute [censored] of the earth. Trying to cheat people out of money, especially the elderly is pure evil. I hope they call some more so I can waste more of their time :).
