SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!

I place an order on November 17th & was told via text that I'll be receiving a tracking number the next day which I never did. I reached out asking for the tracking number & to my surprise, they asked for $250.00 in insurance saying it's Georgia's policy. Absolute BS! I asked for a refund since the items were never shipped. No response. I kept emailing, texting, chatting demanding a full refund with no reply. I then threatened to file a complaint with PayPal, cash app, the BBB ( to find out this fraudulent company doesn't exist in BBB website). Thy replied saying refund was sent in bitcoins. I don't even have a Bitcoin wallet! I asked to refund to original payment method (as stated on their website), no response. I kept requesting a full refund & all they would say is that it was sent in bitcoins. I inquired how, when I don't have a Bitcoin wallet & no reply. So I downloaded a Bitcoin app & gave them my info & still no refund.
They are scammers/ fraud that lie & steal your money. If you don't want to lose out on your money, stay far away from this shady so-called business
