I joined an app called 365betcasino. This app is a fraud. I played fine the first 2 days without problems. Day 3 I tried to withdraw my winnings. It clearly said I could withdraw but I was unable to. After that the game malfunctioned. It would show error messages and all of this occurred on the new player free spin part. I tried chatting with customer support but they had me holding for about an hour each time and then disconnected me and left me without recourse. I was unable to play slots that were assigned to play. Finally I played the remainder of my free games on a slot I didn’t want but it was designated. I went on Facebook to complain and ran into several complaints like mine and worse. Not one positive review. I have pictures. I have $9 on this app and I want my money. I won it and the free spin portion is over. Everyone that complained said they could not get their winnings off this site. It’s a scam and it needs to be shutdown.
