DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

“Jeff Moore” came to my house for a kitchen remodel estimate and made a reasonable quote. We were excited to get started, and he said he had open availability in 2-3 weeks, if we’d go ahead and make a 40% upfront deposit, that would cover materials and initial labor, he could go ahead and get everything ordered and ready. His big talk of being a Christian and helping others, he had gained our trust as we are devout Baptist. We wrote him a check and looked forward to getting our project started. It never did. We emailed and called, even showed up at the “office” in Huntersville which is just a front, there’s no actual office space, just a secretary who passes along messages.
I’m afraid we are out of our money, with no dream kitchen to show for it.
After doing some research on Jeff, I found an article on WSOC of Jeffrey Maier. Jeff Maier is a known con man and is going under the alias Jeff Moore because he has a rap sheet a mile long for doing this same exact thing to people. He is not an honest business man, and definitely does not love Jesus the way he claims… if he did, he wouldn’t be scamming and conning people. The Bible says “thou shall not steal” but he’s made a very dishonest living off of doing exactly that.
