Was given a code to contact the interviewer. This is what was sent to me.
“ My name is ELIZABETH MEADOR OREAN
The Hiring Manager to the firm
NIELSEN COMPANY
I am here to brief and interview you more about the opening position, Please introduce yourself, indicating Sex, Age, indicating your location.”
We went through a lot of questions I had to answer. She gave me all the company’s benefits and a long list of equipment I would receive. She asked for a picture of my drivers license , which unfortunately I gave her.
They said I was eligible for the job with a score of 97% on my testing.
They continued to tell me about the company. I was getting vague answers back. I was concerned at this point. They told me to purchase an Apple Card so the Mac book can be set up. Told me to open a portal so I would have access to giving them the Apple Card. I asked them how much money they wanted. Finally after several more questions, they said $300.
I asked more questions but they stopped replying. I’m glad I realized it was a scam.
But I had given them a copy of my DL and myself.
I’m hoping I don’t have any problems with this scam.
