Call came up "Possible Scam". In the course of the conversation I asked for a callback number. I then asked if she was calling from a cell phone (yes). [Recognized a cell phone prefix]. When I asked for the Sacramento phone of the CA State Energy Program, she could not give it to him and put her "supervisor" on the line. When I asked for the same information, he hung up. Apparently they are hawking "rebates" for various home improvement items like insulation. Seems to be your basic phishing scheme. Call came from 323.408.5414.
