I have been with this company called Helping America Group they are supposed to be negotiating with my creditors about my debt however that has not been the case when I first signed up they told they would be able to able to negoatiate with my creditors however I still receive letters in the mail about payments so they gave me a laon tp ay off the debt but than I find out the money is not being used for that purpose so now they wont let me get out of the contract with because they are fraud and they have been taking out 210.29 for my monthly payments but they haven't been doing anything so as of this point I need a full refund if not I will take them to court period
