I saw an ad on Facebook for 32 Degrees having a clearance sale. I selected the items that I wanted, purchased, and received an order confirmation. Everything seemed okay, except that the company came up as "Lightchime". I was able to locate tracking for this order that said it was coming from China, so I wasn't too surprised that it was taking so long but now the tracking shows it has been delivered vut here I am two days later without my package....

32 degree ad. But when purchased the receipt showed from softwhimsy. This company is registered in China. After 30 days I still do not have my package
