On January 27, my client Kevin Hohe placed Order #5533 on 303bricks.com totaling $489.00 for the following items: U.S. M1A2 Abrams ($140), T90 Russian Tank ($99), U.S. B-2 Bomber ($130), and A-10 Thunderbolt II ($120). The order was confirmed but never delivered.

Multiple attempts to contact 303 Bricks via email and social media have gone completely unanswered. We are requesting a full refund of $489.00 or delivery of the items ordered.

We have the order confirmation (Order #5533) as documentation. This appears to be a pattern of behavior as multiple other customers have reported identical experiences on ScamPulse and the ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker.

Desired resolution: Full refund of $489.00 or delivery of Order #5533.

I made a small purchase. Just to see how it was handled and processed. 303 Bricks customer support is non existent. I have received no response to my inquiries. I have cancelled my order. I feel fortunate that I only made a small purchase with this scammer. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from 303 Bricks, save your money. Better off with a company with a return policy. Zero stars for 303 Bricks.

I purchased $199 worth of tactical bricks for my Army loving boy around 12/16/23. It is now 2/3/24 and I still have not received my purchase. The estimated delivery date was 1/19/23. The website uses “Shopify” to “track” the order. According to “Shopify,” my order was in New York for 1 month, and now Chicago for the past 2+ weeks. I live in Texas. At this rate, I may see it by Christmas if I’m lucky. I have attempted to contact the seller, the response seems auto generated. It’s a lame apology for the delay and a false promise that my order is on its way, meanwhile according to the shipping tracker it uses, aka “Shopify,” the expected arrival is still 1/19/23. The realtime “online chat” option only gives auto generated responses. I have requested a refund over 3 times now that it has been over 30 days, and I still get no response. At this time, I’m going to have to accept defeat and break it to my son that he will not receive his Tactical Bricks, and I’m now $199 in the hole.

My son ordered a Christmas gift for his brother on Dec 16th and the tracking info given showed it departed the carrier facility on Dec 18th. He still has not received the package. We have a large family and do a single white elephant gift. He bought this with hard earned money (he isn't old enough to have a job yet) for his older brother and now his brother was the only one NOT to get a gift for Christmas. We live only 2 1/2 hours away from the carrier facility the product was last located at. The email response given to him is not only unsatisfactory, but not a good look for their business. USPS Tracking number is 9305510944102592681439. USPS has said they don't have the package. I'm requesting prompt resolution on this issue due to the provided response from the company being unacceptable for this situation.
