I contacted the only means of contact they had on their website. There isn't much contact information at all, or where the company originated from. They sold the product 3x the amount found on other websites. I expressed dissatisfaction with the product and it's quality, and how there was no adequate instructions. I asked 3 separate times through e-mail if they could provide me with instructions on how to use their product. They offered me a refund or partial refund and then they rescinded that promise, and said they are willing to help repeatedly, but do nothing. Considering they sold a product 3x the price compared to other products similar, and has fake customer service saying they help but don't, so they'll refund and then have no means of following up with that promise. They also deleted my comment I posted on their blog. They delete all bad reviews and only show fake 5 star ones on their website, that aren't confirmed purchases or if they are even real at all. I found this product on a Facebook ad and was scammed entirely. If needed to follow up, I have kept the email and my receipt.
