I, ********** keep receiving notices that a home warranty is about to expire at my address @ ** ***** **** *** **** ***** ** A/C hot water heater appliances & more Jacob Matthews Prog. Dir. We don't even have a mortgage at this residence anymore! Bank said it's a scam but I keep getting notices.

This arrived by US Mail. My step daughter who is trying to manage her late father’s estate thought she needed to send a payment or the home warranty coverage would lapse. Clearly the wording and presentation of this letter is living on the edge of legality. She’s out $200.00 and even though she asked for a refund my guess is that she will never see a penny. She is an 18 year old who is learning how to live on her own after the death of her father and these unscrupulous people don’t care from who they steal.
