They pretend to be government health insurance and sign people up to a health plan and get your card information and withdraw payments for their own brokering of an insurance policy.

The person who called me directly was Anthony Napolitana. He stated he was an insurance broker with United Enrollment Partners and the National association of Realtors to provide Realtors with health insurance at affordable rates. He went on to explain that their company is similar to Expedia but for health insurance and their company would reach out to the insurance providers they partnered with to see who offered the best rate and plan that would work best for my healthcare needs. He went on to explain I would have full coverage PPO and then sent documents via email for me to sign. I attempted several times to contact him immediately with questions regarding the plan and coverage with no success. I have tried several different numbers provided with no success. When I do finally get through to someone after holding for extended periods of time, they tell me I have been connected to the wrong department and they provide a different number to contact. The most recent time I was provided with (800)486-4525, each of the 3 times I called the person who answered could not provide me with the name of the company they worked for. They have been charging my credit card since December. I have been to the doctor for services, my doctor has tried to contact the company several times within the last four months for payment with no response. I don't want this to happen to someone else and I truly need help!
