Home warranty scam letter with no company name
The company name or contact information (except a phone number) was not included. This raised huge red flags so I decided to call and find out what BS they were trying to pull. I'm old but not stupid.
When Alec began his spiel, I listened for about ten seconds before I tried to interrupt him. He continued talking over me until I told him to be quiet and let me talk. When he finally hushed I lit into him. He wanted to end the call but I refused unless he gave me the company's name, which he did. I threatened legal action against the company if they contacted me again.
This is a horrible company that tries to scare people into dealing with them and they deserve to lose their business license.
