So my husband received a call stating that the scammer was calling from Reliant Energy. That if we didnt make a payment in 12 hours we would have no electricity because we were late on a payment. They gave him the number 1(888)-412-6317 to call back and speak to their managers for help.

I decided to call Reliant myself and they assured me they didn’t make any call and that we are up to date in our payments our next payment is due next month.
