I ordered two gifts from them for Mother's Day. The promised delivery date was May 4th. As of today, May 9th, the orders haven't even left their company according to the delivery companies. They refused to give me a refund and told me the best they could do is give me a 20% discount on my next order. This is unacceptable. I had to spend additional money and order something else from another company so our parents would get a gift for Mother's Day.
