Unclaimed money through Walmart points

In 6 phone calls total i ultimately was hung up on after giving my accounts over twice, extremely reluctantly. Met with such sincere compassion thst they wouldn’t do such a thing as to scam me, I gave in. Only to be hung up on, asked why I continued calling, and given an exasperated
Oh god” the last call just prior to getting hung up on. I didn’t even say a word the last time
I didn’t expect it. It just doesn’t happen like this. I’m disappointed that I was schmoozed with fake kindness. And hope this doesn’t happen to so,else else. Currently in the process of cancelling my accounts and everything tied to them. :(
