Received a call at 10:49am on April 16, 2026. A man told me that he was calling regarding a tax issue on my taxes. Kept asking for my name & social security number to look me up. I told him I didn't have any issues with my taxes. He kept saying if you give me your name & SS# I can look up & see what the issue is. I told him I was NOT going to give him my personal info & if IRS wanted to contact me they will have to send me a letter & I hung up.
