Ordered insoles and was targeted to start an account but I refused and stated I only wanted merchandise I ordered. Never opened an account but when insoles were received, literature included statement if you didn’t call to cancel renewal within 7 days you would be billed. When I saw the company had tried to charge my card, I emailed them and also followed up with a phone call. This company still repeatedly attempts to charge my locked card, three or four times a day on several instances.
