This person is impersonating a man called Joe Tippen. He’s praying on sick people who are actively looking for assist with fighting cancer. This person claims to have medication to help with fighting cancer. Once he received the money he will tell you about additional shipping fees from the company Nextspeedline. He will keep asking for more money in order for the shipment to process but it won’t. He will then block you once the money is received.
