Someone called me saying that there was a formal complaint pressed against me and I needed to contact a specific office to talk about the claim. They have also contacted my mom and my brother and my dad multiple times a day. When you try to call back the number it says that they do not receive inbound calls. Then when I tried to call the other number, they talked to me for a minute claiming to be Rent-A-Center, and then when it came down to making payment arrangements the call was disconnected.
