Said they were from the FCC and that someone stole my ID (kept asking me questions to try and make me say I lost my ID, then later reiterated that “we are not a scam caller, we only know what you told us”). Gave some “identifying information” but none of which are useable, and emphasized calling back the specific number they called from “because it’s quicker.” They sent a .png of a document through text later after I said I’ll speak to the police. The fax number on the document is different than the FCC toll-free fax. They soon dropped the call.
