1 Stop Realty Reports & Reviews (5)

Received a call... Someone wanted to buy my timeshare. went through most of the documentation, along with multiple phone calls which seemed legit. Once it got to the point that they are asking me for $$$$ to be sent directly to Mexico, I knew it was complete BS. Watch out for 1 Stop Reality, Mr Hudson.
I guess the point that I started to get leery was the point that they called me EVERY DAY. ugh!

I have also had same offer from a Wayne Hudson at 1 Stop Realty. Same Address 505 Market Street, Ste. 302, Knoxville, TN 37902. He calls himself and Escrow Officer. Be careful he is very glib.
Says they have a buyer who is buying a whole block of units from Pueblo Bonito. Sent me a screen print of a mocked up bank of America Account showing the price they are offering as though it has been wire transferred into an account in my name. They say next step is that I must pay US$3500 transfer fee to secure the sale.

I subsequently tracked down and called the actual tenants at the address in Knoxville. They are a respected architects and there is no "Suite 302" or any business called "1 Stop Realty" in the building.

I then contacted Bank of America who said they do not have an escrow account with the number the scammers provided - nor any account with the business name "1 Stop Realty". I reported the details to them in full - hopefully they will follow up.

I received a call from this company stating they wanted to buy my timeshare how they even know I had a timeshare I do not know. They offered me more money than what I paid initially 20 years ago. The young lady that is trying to scam me her name is Megan Moore and Don Carlson

Letter received via email offering to pay US currency on purchasing a family owned time share property in Mexico.

Company letter head showing "1 Stop Realty" which seemed fishy.

No specific address on our timeshare, just the town in Mexico.

Looked like they wanted to pay more than initial purchase price.

Any Transfer Fee will only get paid to Pueblo Bonito once all documents are signed and the proceeds of the sale are received for my account. He calls himself and Escrow Officer. Be careful he is very glib.
