I received a letter with no return address stating that this was the “Final Notice” regarding warranty coverage provided by US Home Guard under lender, Fannie Mae Mortgage. I have

no mortgage on my home. It is very misleading and unless you are aware of what is being requested according

to the language used in the letter, one could divulge personal info when calling the number: 1-800-631-2357. The contact is Evelyn Landry, Program
