I was shopping for a specific shoe online. This entity showed up in search results as the lowest price offer (clearance sale)

1. An online transaction was made and a 1st confirmation received

2. $9.99 added to initial $34.86 total after order placed and 1st confirmation received

3. 2nd confirmation received same day saying the order had shipped but the USPS tracking number provided was invalid and was still invalid a week later

5. The Contact Us URL provided in the merchant's emails is invalid (page 404 page not found error)
