Type of a scam Employment

I received an email from Thomas Watson at ZRK Global stating that he was a recruiter and that he found my info on Linkedin. He then said that my skill set matched his clients needs. He said if I was interested in learning more to send over my resume and he'll put me in touch with someone on his team. I sent over my resume and received a reply from a person named Mike James. He stated that he received my resume but it was not ATS compatible. He sent me a link to a company named Smart Resume Experts where he said I could get a free review of my resume. He mentioned that he had a meeting set up with his client in a couple of days and would like to present them with my resume before setting up a meeting with me and his client.

I went to the site he pointed me to, they said it was $5 to do the review. I proceeded with this because it seemed like a fair price. After the review they said that my resume had some issues that they can fix for $99 I went ahead and had them fix the suppose problems. They sent me over the same exact resume. They just said that all the fixes where done with the coding. I submitted the resume back to Mike James and never heard back from him or Thomas Watson.

This clearly is set up to get people to go to Smart Resume Experts and get fake work done. ZRK is a fake company, I looked them up and the address was a dilapidated building in New York.
