Zip Cushions Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

The website says (and chat confirms) that they are based in the USA. All pricing is very transparent, but when my order was out for delivery, UPS passed along a tariff charge of $43.59. This is straight up bait and switch.

When I brought it to their attention, they told me to pay the tariff to receive the order and that I'd get reimbursed.
