My sister bought a gift card for my birthday from Zift Zillions of Gifts for $200.00. When I tried to use it, the card did not come to me. I called the number on the back of the card. They told me it went to another email address. They sent a packet called Gift Card Dispute Packet. I filled it out, attached copies of sales receipt, front and back of the gift card in question, etc. I faxed it and sent a hard copy on August 31, 2026. I called them on October 7, 2026, and was unable to reach a person. My sister went back to the CVS in Marysville, CA, where she bought the card to relay the situation. She was told that they have had trouble with this card before. My sister is out of $200.00 and I was deprived of a gift.
