I ordered MICORE through this company because their page stated they had it in stock and that it would arrive by 9/13. On 9/13 when I received no shipment or update I contacted to be then told it was running late and was provided shipping information that stated it would arrive on 9/15. On 9/15 when the shipment again didn't arrive I reached back out because now my project was being delayed and costing me hundreds a day in delaying all other aspects. They stated they "gave me incorrect shipping information" even though the address on the tracker was mine, the product was my product, and UPS stated they delivered said product on 9/15. Contacted UPS and they advised that they were never given this product to ship and have never been contacted by Zenergy for either shipping or tracker information. I reached BACK out to Zenergy who are now not responding to my contact outside of automated AI responses. This company is a scam/fraud and I hope I can save one person this headache.
