This product guaranteed that it would boost the Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. money back guarantee 30 days if unhappy with the product. They were about $40 apiece so it didn’t seem like too good to be true. I received the units and attempted to set them up according to their directions and they did not work at all they fail to say that these do not work on a Mac. I sent an email for help and instructions they gave me some flimsy instructions and it did not work I asked to return them. At first they didn’t answer me and then after 10 more back-and-forth emails them saying it was carbon footprint that they would give me money back none of that came to fruition they refused to give me any address or anything for return. When I went to call and email them again their website phone number email all were taken down. I’ve read reviews on the Better Business Bureau and everyone else’s report is the same. It appears that they just keep setting up, scamming people, shutting down and moving again. they even advertise other products and it looks like they pop up in different states, (info goes back a couple of years) and then shut down again. I have all my emails and information in print.
