An order was placed after seeing an ad on Facebook that appeared to be a Nordstrom anniversary sale. It was not. It was from a company called Zelnordsoul and the confirmation indicated an origination of shipping from China. I have not received updated product and tracking information and shipment is "stalled" somewhere in Cleveland since July 25th. I emailed the email address on the confirmation for a refund. No response whatsoever. I emailed the email address on their website for a refund. No response whatsoever. I don't believe this is a legitimate company with any type of customer support. I've attached a copy of confirmation.
