Charges of $39.99 (twice) were withdrawn from my account. One by Zebra Dazzle and one by Nice Shine Marketing. The withdrawals were one week apart. Hadn't heard of these Companies. The Bank and I are taking care of this. How do these Companies stay alive?

This company keeps trying to charge my card for a subscription I never signed up for. I contacted the company via chat and phone. The chat agent told me they arent the company that has been trying to charge me yet the name is clearly on my statement she also said the subscription had been canceled. How would she know its canceled if they arent the company that charged me? She said the membership is not active because nothing was billed of course it was not because I disabled my card because they pulled the same stunt a couple of weeks ago.
