I ordered a product from ZCrave and the tracking stated the product was delivered. When I returned home there was no package. I contacted ZCrave and AfterPay and was basically told check with a neighbor. ZCrave nor AfterPay is willing to refund me. Basically I have to pay for a product I don’t have.

The do not stand by their return policy. Their website says it will be refunded if you return within two days. They do not .. they will offer you store credit only. Their clothes also ship from china although it seems they come from NYC. I paid an extra 30.00 for overnight shipping and still waiting for part of my order. The part of my order that never showed up they offered me a refund for that item... but they could only offer the funds via pay pal. NOT my original Credit card
