Ordered nail clippers (4) at the price of USD 52.66... tel# doesn't work: 415 937 6579. no confirmation, no product. I was billed and never received the clippers. bad people. I have a stop order to get my money back.

I bought the toe nail clippers from this company and my card was charged $22.99 and I haven't received my clippers and there isn't any way to get in touch with them
They gave me a tracking number and I tried to track the order but I haven't had any luck

I order some magic teeth online though this company and when I received the product it was nothing to what I expected it look like costume teeth I matter as well brought it from a dollar tree store its not worth the price of 19.98 I paid for I tried to find the customer service info but its been a struggle to get my money back I sent back their product but haven't got my money back it's been since July 2020 now it's September 2020 still no responds don't order from this company bad business

Ordered a 3D mat from one of their adverts. The advert showed a mat that looked like it was a hole in the floor. Well it arrived today and looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised. It's a complete joke of an item. I feel truly scammed and recommend against anyone else purchasing their products.

Hi Gail - I too just received that 3D (Joke of a mat)! It was disgustingly ridiculous! I have been fighting with them for my money back and, as has happened many times before on stupid CHEAP items I purchased, they gave me an address to return it to, which is in CHINA! And it costs more than the product to ship it back! So they offer you to keep it and they'll refund 30% of cost! So you get $6.00 back and pd $19.99 plus $5.99 shipping (from CA) They are disgusting! Lessons learned here finally! Do NOT buy any products made in CHINA! Buy products MADE IN USA! Sad, but true!

Scam. Purchased bike racks through "Sunnymode" via facebook advertisement. Charged me right away, no email, no confirmation number. 3 weeks later (today) I try emailing them and it's a robot, asking me to send them a picture of the item. Obviously I don't have the item but the email-bot is on repeat. Total scam, they got me for $40

I saw an ad on YouTube for a nail clipper. I bought 1 nail clipper on 07 Aug and was charged to my debit card. They said I would get an email with shipping information. Today is 15 Aug and still have not heard from them or received any email. I know this is a Chinese company and it takes time shipping from China, but with no email, it is obvious this is not a reputable company. Buyer beware!

I saw an and about a nail clipper from YouTube so I ordered 2 items of nail clippers. YC Tech acknowledged my order and informed me that it will send a tracking number shortly. They charged my Credit Card on August 3, 2020 and posted on my Credit card the same date. After 10 days I have not heard from.. They are totally a Fraud Company. I reported The transaction to my Credit Card company for fraud , they will get my money back. Lesson learned.

I tried to contact them on their website, but you can't enter a dispute without an order number, which I never received. Don't order anything from YC Tech.

I ordered 4 tall flickering flame effect solar lights which were similar to the ones I already had. After quite some time I was sent 4 absolutely cheap and nasty small brittle plastic lights which bore no resemblence to what I odered from an ad on Facebook. Two of these were bent and one was briken. Completely unusable even if I wanted to embarrass myself by plaving these in my garden. Still trying to get my £17 back but looking like no chance of that.

THE AD CAME ON MY PHONE WHILE I WAS ON FACEBOOK. IT SHOWED A CHILD PLAYING WITH A LIGHTED SCREEN FOR DRAWING. I HAVE THREE GRANDSONS AND I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE FUN FOR THEM. I ORDERED THEM ON SEPTEMBER 28TH. I WAITED AND WAITED AND JUST WHEN I DECIDED THAT THEY WERE NOT COMING, THEY CAME ON NOV. 1ST. THE ITEMS THEY SENT WERE NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY ADVERTISED. ITS ALL CARDBOARD, NOTHING THAT LIGHTS UP OR GLOWS. ITS WORTHLESS. I TRIED EMAILING THEM AND FINALLY GOT RESPONCE. THEY WERE SORRY THAT I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THERE PRODUCT. THEY GAVE ME AN ADDRESS TO RETURN THE ITEMS BUT IT IS NOT ANYTHING WORTH RETURNING. I WOULD LOVE TO SHOW EVERYONE WHAT THEY SENT ME. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON ORDER FROM ADS ON FACEBOOK.
