Ordered a 3 in 1 measuring tape on December 8. Never received it and they took money from my account. Never gave me a tracking number and will not respond to my emails. Can this be turned over to the Better Business Bureau as well?

I ordered an RC Remote Control Aircraft for $29.99 plus $3.99 S&H, from an ad on Facebook.
They made a label, but never shipped the item.
I'm going to call my Credit Card Company and reverse the charges by this fraud Company.

I ordered EIGHT PAIRS of flashlight gloves as gifts on 12/06/2020 and the amount of $101.97 was taken from my bank account on 12/07/2020. Still to date they have not arrived nor have I gotten any kind of notification from the company about my order! I have had to contact my bank, shut down my card, file a dispute to recoupe my funds which could take up to 90 days! The fraud department is HOT on YOUR trail YC Tech! GOOD LUCK cuz YOU are gonna go DOWN!

Add came up on facebook for cat paw sox, I thought great gift for my daughter, so I ordered 2 pair on Dec 6th 25.93 was charged to my credit card on Dec 9th. To date 12/21 no sox. I tried to trace my order to no avail. I also called the no, got a weird response. This is so unfair, these companies should have to refund the money and they should be closed. Please respond to 915 471 9809.

I ordered the snowflake tools for Christmas gifts on Dec 3rd. My cc was charged $90.46 on Dec 4th. I still haven't received tools. I have contacted my cc to dispute this item. So sad to think people out their do this to people. I see their ad on Facebook. Shame on Facebook for allowing companies to do this. Never again!

I was also charged for something I did not purchase. I have called the 415-937-6579 number and left a message. I have notified my bank of the fraudulent charge. The funds need to be reimbursed. My v.m. message will have all my information.

Like everyone else, ordered the 3-1 rivet tool and the rivets on 03nov2020 and have not received the order. I always do these internet-advertized tools through my PayPal account and through a linked cc just in case these "specials" develop into a scam. This is starting to look like one!
I'm covered as i have notified PayPal for a potential "fraud" hold and my linked cc.
This potential scam shares a business model knowing well in the planning phases that out of 100 orders that these scammers will be called out of say 70-80% and will be forced to refund or have their cc account reversed. Where these scammers make their money is from the 20-30% who either forget or miss to file for a refund or feel that their efforts to pursue a refund is a "waste of time" since the amount is under $50.00 or considered only a "nuisance".

This is all calculated from the beginning.. Believe me!

This company took out $44.96 out of my CC and I looked it up ~ YC Tech 20216 Barnard Ave Walnut, CA. and I called them at 4159376579 and I have left 5-6 voice messages on their answering machine with no return calls. The is another name associated with this charge and that is Ciaovie Walnut, CA ~ I don't know how they got the money or what type of purchase they say I made. I called AMX and they refunded me the money and will investigate. I do not appreciate scammers.

I ordered product and was waiting so long to get it that I figured it was a scan. I went to the page where I ordered the product and got a response form Sunsetime.com. They said they didn’t have an order under my email or the order number provided, but I printed everything off. The name on my credit card was YC Techwalnutca. My credit card company is amazing and reversed the charges immediately. I told them if the product did show up I would definitely call. Well The product did show up, so as promised I called my credit card company and told them it had arrived. I also made them aware that this company seems to be running a scam according to all the reviews I have read. They said the merchant has 45 days to dispute the refund. If it’s a legit company I don’t have a problem paying. I received the product, but have no idea where it came from, but it does have a return warehouse address in Markham ON. I tried to contact them and the phone number is not in service.

I have no idea of who or what this company is about. Please see that my credit card is refunded $172.90. I have not ideas of their products. My contact number is 301 520 6781. If am seeing on my bank statement that on October 19, this company deducted the stated amount from my bank account. Again, I have no idea of what products this company, if it is a liable company, peddle. This is a scam, please get them!

Got ripped of with the 3 in 1 Riveter tool. They sent me a bunch of useless rivets and no tool to install them. PayPal is now involved. Bad company for sure ! Do not buy from them.

Like another complainant I paid for a rivet tool (which happened to be offered with a free box of small rivets). I received the rivets but no tool and I have been corresponding with them for the last month to no avail. On principle I will take them to the small claims court to get my money back.

I'm so disappointed to learn that this is a scam. I can (barely) write off the loss of the cost of the order, but now I need to find something as potentially useful for a Christmas gift for my son. Can these rip-off companies be stopped?
