Ordered a reserve snare drum pad as a Christmas present in December 2019. It is now March 2022. Still have not received item . Same generated email, everyone else receives. Covid, shipping , it's being made, blah, blah , blah. They are scammers without an ounce if integrity. Xymox moved to the State of Washington. I contacted Washington Attorney General Consumer Protection. Please send emails . In order to.prove it's fraud , a pattern of behavior needs to be established. Also write to FTC. Xymox continues to take money, knowing they will not fulfill the order, that is fraud. Let's get them shut down.

I ordered my custom reserve snare pad on October 15, 2020. It is now November 9, 2021 and I still have no drum pad, nor a reason why it is still taking so long for orders to be complete. I received an update email on December 19, 2020 that my order is "wrapping up", yet no further updates for almost a year. I now have no pad, and I'm at a loss of $111.46. I get custom pads may take time, but how can a company constantly promote new product and continue to take orders when there are several patrons who have no product STILL, and have lost money to fraud. I would like a refund of my full 111.46 USD or my snare pad to be delivered before this company sells any more product.

I purchased my tenor pad in late November 2019. They said it would be 8 weeks max to send out but it's June 2021. I lost about $175. I don't know if I'll ever get my pad.

I've been waiting since September 2, 2019 for my Xymox order... WELL before the COVID-19 pandemic. I have received NOTHING from them except numerous supposed "shipping dates" between January 2020 and now, the latest of them being April 3rd. As of their move from California to the state of Washington, I've received an email stating "We will be shipping products at the end of the month" across February, April, and May. I attempted to obtain a refund, but that in itself is also no longer possible because it's been so long. This company does not deliver on its orders and uses its social media to act as a front to say that they're actually producing things at an exponentially slow rate. In addition, at this point, they should have their full staff together, and the fact that they're not means something is not right. Automated emails, template responses, and now a complete lack of response through the ScamPulse.com while still advertising their own products is insane and a scam. DO NOT BY FROM XYMOX PERCUSSION!

I order o. 9/8/2019 a tenor pad it’s now 5/6/2021 still no tenor pad No response Better Business Bureau doesn’t do anything the company Just replies with a generic email never get an email response from them my son was 14 years old when we ordered this pad he is now 16 saved up his own money and they stole it from him

ScamPulse.com please help me stop xymox percussion from scamming more people and getting my son back his money!!!

I have copied/pasted the answer that ScamPulse.com received from xymox back in Oct 2020. Still same generic emails (they actually keep changing the email to contact them with) promising the item is getting ready to go out soon that pop up immediately after I send them an email wondering about his product or refunding his money. DO NOT BUY from xymox. They are a fraudulent company/or person that has had numerous complaints about getting their items and they don't refund any money back either. Im not sure what all the ScamPulse.com can do but Im sad that my son is out this money and beyond frustrated at the generic emails they provide back robotically. My son, ***** ****** placed an order on Sept 23, 2019 in the amount of $185.16 for a hybrid snare drum. Since this date (over a year ago), we have sent over 10 emails to this company with no resolution of the product or a refund. They have now claimed Covid is the reason for the delays, but it is a robot answering the emails as they will shoot the same response back immediately after I ask more specifics of when his items are coming or begging for a refund at least! DO NOT BUY from this company please! At this point I am positive my son will never see the drums or a refund. Crooks!

CA recently rolled back re-openings, we plan to remain open in a limited manner. Your custom product is scheduled to be completed on Nov 24th. Please give us a day or 2 buffer as we are operating with less than half our normal staff currently. I am rejecting this response because: frankly after a full year of emails from this company promising a product but requesting more time I do not believe they will deliver! I have multiple upon multiple saved emails always from a different person within the company that (before and now during) the pandemic has asked us to be patient while they “make his custom” drum and are working hard at the product. I do not believe for one second that they will deliver this product in November- a mere 14 months after they took his money. Their response of “it may be delayed after the promise date” is proof enough to me it will not get here. I want one of two things: Either a refund in full to his order or a tracking number with the product and delivery date. Enough of these false promises and emails from this company!

I apologize and we will certainly get this shipped out as quickly as possible as explained in the previous message, but our no cancelation policy for our custom products was agreed to by the consumer upon purchase (copy found in email confirmation receipt). This order is in progress and will ship upon completion. Thank you.

I ordered a product from their website on May 7, 2019. This company advertised heavily on social media (specifically Instagram). I have filed 3 separate complaints on the ScamPulse.com website in an attempt to spur the company to send me the product. They have not done so. I have emailed MULTIPLE email addresses associated with the company no less than 50 times, and consistently receive an automatically generated form email with an excuse. They have blamed an employee, they blamed COVID, now they are blaming a "transition to another state." I was promised 3 different dates that the item would be sent, and each time the promised date came and went. The company owners have moved to Washington State from California, and are happy to post pictures of themselves living their best life while customers who undoubtedly financed their move are left without products paid for. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM XYMOX PERCUSSION. I promise you will NOT be the one to prove them right, and get your item. I cannot believe they have not been sued into extinction for false advertising. Their fallback is "customers know we have a no-refund agreement when the order." Even if you don't want a refund, they still hit you over the head with that information. Please, if you like your money, do not even consider purchasing ANYTHING from them. Tell your friends, and anyone in the drumming community, to avoid Xymox Percussion like, well, like COVID.

File complaint with Washington Attorney General Consumer protection. No, you still won't get your product. I am asking for everyone to file complaints to prove this is fraudulent business . They need to be shut down.

We ordered a pad from them in April of 2019 and never received it. We have made many attempts to get a shipping confirmation from the company and at first they were responsive. Now, they are ignoring our requests/demands for a refund. They are stealing from kids since only kids order there products.

I purchased a drum pad for my son in August 2019. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They wasted no time taking my money and only send canned email responses about delays in shipments. They still advertise on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I am writing this on 12/17/20 with no further updates. I found a Facebook group of people who were also scammed. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a product last November and never received it. First they blamed people that worked there. Then It was COVID now the email which is the only way to contact them which is kinda shady only has auto responses which are totally crap

Ordered from this company August 2019, 14 months later still no product. Only response from this company is genertic responses when asking about the product or a refund. They have now taken down their phone number. This company steals from little kids, with no remorse. If you look at ScamPulse.com complaints, this is an on going scam.

I ordered A Hybrid Snare Drum Pad , On June 1st , of 2019 , let me make that clear MORE THAN A YEAR AGO , the site explains that “processing” takes around 8-12 weeks which is about 3 months, THREE it is now 7/15/2020 that is MORE THAN A YEAR since I placed the order. I emailed them a numerous amount of times asking when my product would be shipped , every email I got was an excuse saying “it really isn’t our fault it is the manufacture of the drum pad parts” every single email was just an excuse for more time or some other blame to the person that “makes their parts” How DARE you just take peoples money and not bother to even find some way to make amends with your customer , I should’ve never ordered in the first place if I knew that the delivery time would take a YEAR , if I knew that it would take a year for my product to arrive I wouldn’t have placed the order. I emailed them one time asking when my product would be shipped ,they stated it would be “shipped” in September , IN SEPTEMBER IT IS NOW JULY , and I have still not gotten my product , they even changed my “item status” to “in production” in a way to “shut me up” I guess because they still have not shipped my product , I heard nothing but great things from other people about this company , but after seeing for myself , I am greatly offended and disappointed after my money has been but into their company , and they treat their customers items like garbage.Even after I filed a complaint they LIED AGAIN, HOW DARE YOU . This is completed outrages, This company NEEDS TO GIVE ME NY MONEY BACK, after several lies and deceitful replies , I have reached my limit with this company , I WANT A FULL REFUND , No matter what, YOU HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY.

Xymox Percussion has consistently and frequently promoted products through various outlets, including direct email, and social media channels while failing to provide their products within anything close to a reasonable timeline, and in some cases at all. Many of the buyers are musicians under the age of 18, who subsequently fall into their marketing model and make a purchase, only to be strung along while the item arrives either 1+ years late, or not at all. The company requires money upfront to make a purchase, and replies to emails months at a time creating frustration and a lack of transparency and honesty. When replies are given, they are dishonest and mostly place the blame to supply backorders or various other situations beyond their control. While this seems reasonable once or twice, the frequency and the number of buyers that have the same issues and stories over the years has "more than likely" exceeded the 1,000 person mark and is still increasing to this date. It seems the practice is to take the money, and not deliver a product until it's completely necessary and they want to hush their disappointed customers.

My 15 year old son used his money to order a special practice pad from Xymox in April of 2019 for $167.83. (An advertised special price) We have ordered from this company before and it took 4-5 months to get the item. That being said we knew it would take a while. They said it would be 4 weeks when we ordered on April 4th. We got an email on June 4th 2019 that the order had been moved into production. That has been the last correspondence we have gotten. It was ten months ago. They have not responded to any emails and the phone number I have is a recording that says don't leave a message go to our website and email us. It has been one year waiting for a product that was initially predicted to arrive in 4 weeks. I understand custom products and delays due to overseas restrictions. I don't understand not giving any customer service. The service after the sale of this company is negligent.

My son worked for several weeks in order to purchase a $133 custom practice tenor pad. It was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks in order to fabricate this practice pad. We ordered the weekend of July 4, 2019. When the product was not received by the middle of December, I emailed them and they promised shipment after the holidays. I have since emailed them four times with no reply. Their website has no phone number. I should have noticed a scam right off of the bat. It is now the middle of April with no product and no replies. Thankfully, I paid by credit card, so my credit card company will reimburse us for this scam. This company is a scam. Do NOT use them.
