I ordered a mineral crystal coffee mug from Xivoron. There were multiple photographs as well as a video showing the product they were selling. It was advertised that this is made out of high-quality crystal that holds 12-15 ounces of liquid. What I received was a metal cup coated in a cheap foul-smelling plastic that only holds 5 ounces of liquid. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website. The total price of the mug was $41.98. I contacted customer service stating I would like a refund due to the fact that they misrepresented their product. I sent photos of what they advertised and what I received to show there was no consistency. They stated that they would either give me a $12 refund and I can keep the "mug", or I can pay at my own expense to send the "mug" back to China and then once they receive it, they would give me a full refund. After going back and forth with them, they refused to assist me with a few refund unless I paid to mail the product back to China. All of the customer service responses were AI generated and they refused to own up to the fact that they are conducting a fraudulent business. I have yet to receive any type of refund and do not expect to.
