I called Xfinity (Xfinity.com) to question my bill. This communication was by text because I couldn’t find a phone number to call.

The person texting said I could get a better rate. But I had to answer multiple questions first. Then they wanted my credit card number which I gave them. They said my bill would only be &40. Then I cancelled my credit card information

I got my bil a few weeks later and it was the same $130

Comcast offered me a free IPad and lower cable rates. The offer was a scam. The IPhone was close to $500 and I ended up stuck with a mobile phone line. However, this is just the beginning. When one tries to cancel the mobile line one is giver the run around. It is virtually impossible to cancel it. When I asked for a supervisor, my internet was suddenly interrupted and I was never able to reconnect.. One can find several other people complaining about this scam on line. Email wanted me to update my payment information and said it was because of multiple billing errors but our payment info and payments made goes through another email account that my wife uses.

they upgrade my control without notified me, when i want to stop the service there have$ 100 early termination fee.
